Please note the E-Poster upload is obligatory if you would like to be part of the virtual congress.

PREPARATIONS FOR YOUR E-POSTER

Please submit your E-Poster as a 1-page in portrait orientation. You can use the following template: Click here.

• Language: All E-Posters should be prepared in English.
• File format: pptx
• E-Poster orientation: portrait
• File size: less than 10 MB

When saving your PPTX file please make sure there are no symbols or characters (i.e. +/-) in the file name. There should be only letters or numbers in the file name.

Please note hyperlinks, animated images and animations are not permitted for E-Posters and will be non-functioning.

You will be able to preview your e-Poster within 24 hours after submission by clicking on the e‑Poster Upload button on the bottom left, and then clicking the file to view.
